I'd like to share my experience of learning English to you and that was introduced by my boss. I studied <Xuguozhang English> first for phonetic symbol, then I changed to <New Concept English>. So far I just finished 2nd book. The way is: Listen to the tape, study the text, then read the text, finish the exercise. I feel it is a easier way for people to study English as the book is very good.
